FAQs

What kind of shows do you have?

All kinds — we feature bands and performers doing everything from ABBA covers to zydeco. Check out our calendar for a full listing of upcoming shows. Occasionally, you’ll see “An Evening With…” on the calendar, which indicates a show without an opening act.

Seated: Seated tickets are general admission and are first-come, first-serve. Each guest may save one additional seat for a seated ticket holder. Tables vary in size with the largest seating up to 12.

Bar Area/Standing: This ticket grants you access to our bar area, located mostly in the back of the venue, which includes a limited number of bar stools and high-top tables available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standing Room Only Show: This ticket grants you access to the general admission (standing room) and the bar area. There will be a limited number of bar stools available on a first-come and a limited amount of high-top tables, first-come basis located at the bar. The room is open for dancing.

Is there a fee to purchase tickets?

Yes. The cheapest way to purchase tickets is through The Soundry’s box office, where there’s only a $0.50 service charge. Service charges for online ticket sales are at the discretion of ticket vendors.

What If I'm on a Guest List?

If you’re on a band’s guest list, just head over to will call. If you won your tickets through a giveaway and have questions, please email marketing@thesoundry.com

When should I arrive at the venue?

That’s up to you — on show nights, our box office opens at 5:30 pm and doors open one hour before the show is scheduled to start. We encourage guests to arrive early if there are concerns about getting a good seat. Once you’re here, each guest is allowed to save one (1) additional seat. We do not reserve tables or seats outside designated Gold areas.

Does the venue have ADA access?

Yes. Advance notice of needed access is welcome so we can assist our guests — please contact our box office manager at 443-283-1200 or ticketing@thesoundry.com. Inside the venue, we will provide specific areas as needed for those with disabilities. Please note that we cannot automatically upgrade your ticket, but can assist in finding an appropriate viewing spot.

What is the specific timing of a show?

Doors for all shows open one hour before the showtime.

Shows Sunday-Thursday: 6:30 pm doors & 7:30 pm show start
Shows Friday & Saturday: 7:00 pm doors & 8:00 pm show start

On most nights, the opening act will play for about 45 minutes, followed by 15-30 minutes to change the set before the main act goes on. Most headliners will play for about 90 minutes, but you never know how many encores the crowd might ask for. Note: Shows listed as “An Evening With…” do not have an opening act.

Is there food available?

Yes. Please click on DINING & DRINKS from navigation bar. We have a large menu - tacos, burgers, spring rolls and other "street fare" items, and a full bar.

Do you accommodate food allergies & dietary preferences?

Our kitchen staff will always to their best to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences. Feel free to call ahead, or simply ask your server for some suggestions that will suit your needs.

Are there refunds available?

Sorry, no. All tickets are non-refundable unless a show is canceled. All sales are final.

Is photography/videography allowed?

For most shows, we invite you to take pictures without flash on your mobile phone or small camera and to share your pics on social media (show-by-show exceptions to this policy will be posted on signs throughout the venue). No flash photography is allowed, and if you wish to use a camera with a detachable lens, email marketing@thesoundry.com for a photo pass. No video or audio recording is allowed without advance permission. Violators of these policies will be asked to leave the venue immediately with no refund.

How do I meet the band?

Unfortunately, that’s up to the band, not us.

My favorite artist's website says they’re scheduled to play, but there’s no mention of it on your website. What's up?

The Soundry does not list shows on its website until they are officially announced. We strongly suggest signing up for our newsletter in order to be the first to find out when shows are announced and on sale.

Are there group discounts?

There are no group discounts for concert tickets. Please contact us at events@thesoundry.com to speak with a manager about reserving the whole venue for your event.

What is the capacity of the property?

200 seated / 300 standing
